[排斥问题] 请教多多、旭东老师

  多多老师、旭东老师，您们好！我爱人2019.11.20日因慢加急性肝衰竭进行了肝移植，至术后12.6日数据都有在往正常范围下降，每天他克莫司早上4粒，骁悉早晚各3粒，因12.8日我爱人知道他弟弟出事后，心情焦急，12.9的谷丙、谷草的数据突然上升；总胆红素正常，12.10发烧38度多，血浓度下降至3.9（之前血浓大概在4-5左右）；移植医生说排斥反应，12.10他克莫司缓释每天从四粒增加至5粒，12.12号增加至6粒，12.13血浓度5.6，12.14增加早晚一粒五脂，12.24五酯增加到早晚各两粒，但12.23-27这段时间的数据都没降下来；请问两位老师怎么才能降到正常？非常感谢！
