肺移植后8个月了未能脱呼吸机怎办?

我爸(51岁)因肺囊肿而在08年6月在广州医学院第一附属医院做了右肺移植,但仅在术后一个月左右脱了几天呼吸机以外就一直未能脱呼吸机活动,长期在监护室治疗,他本人的移植排异情况一直受到控制,没有明显的排异情况,只因供体影响曾在右手生过皮下疱疹,但由于他本人肺部粘连生长快而多致使右肺得不到扩张,其主治医生说现在只能靠他自己运动锻炼扩张,别无他法.另外他肠胃功能很差,经常性肚子胀排便不通,不知道医生网友对移植术后治疗及康复有什么好提议?(由于在监护室探视受限,他本人又难以进行自我锻炼,故造成障碍)
现考虑到亲友探病方便,并想换换环境,准备转到祈福医院,不知医生网友怎么看呢?
