求助！肝移植术后转氨酶长期偏高！

我父亲肝移植术后已8个月，这期间转氨酶一直偏高，长期在200--400之间（参考值0--40），总胆红素略高一点，在18--30之间（参考值0--18.8），现服用FK506 6MG/天，骁悉1G/天，泼尼松龙15MG/天,FK506浓度12.8。作过两次肝穿无排斥现象，核磁和B超结果显示：肝内胆管轻微扩张。FK506已根据医嘱先后调整过多次,从2MG/天到8MG/天,转氨酶仍然长期偏高 !请问各位是否有类似经历和好的解决办法？能否给予指点和帮助？
