可以做肝移植吗

[ad thread/a_pr/3/0]我母亲66岁2013年门脉高压消化道出血，确诊肝硬化失代偿，脾抗。我母亲是肝内胆管泥沙结石28年前做过左肝叶切除术，有的医生讲是自身免疫性肝硬话，有的讲是胆汁郁结性肝硬化，原发继发都不确定(医生讲都现在这种情况了治疗都是一样的)进行套扎术预防效果很好，但是体质一直不好，现在又中度腹水，贫血，血小板，白蛋白都很低，医生讲肝脏萎缩的只有正常人的3分之一都不到，进行脾切都不耐受。想请教各位老师我母亲这种情况照顾的好的话最多能活多久？肝移植能做吗？什么时候做最好？
