[ad thread/a_pr/3/0]20年年底体检查出AFP2000多，影像显示肝内占位。第一次是20年底在华西做的肝五段和八段的腹腔镜切除，术后AFP恢复正常，病理结果MVI=1，有微小血管侵犯，一个月以后做了一次预防性介入。2021年5月复查，AFP异常，6月检查出现有强化病灶后，在北京地坛医院做了介入消融治疗，术后甲胎和影像正常。但是每次基本都是管3个月，每3个月复查，都有异常，所以从21年6月至今一共做了三次消融。从21年八月开始吃印度版的伦伐。最近一次是8月做得介入消融，术后正常，这次是12月复查，MR检查又异常，甲胎异常。去年底去省医院找杨洪吉医生排移植的事情 ，但是他说我暂时不用 就先做了消融 、靶免用上 ；但是这次好像没有做好，显示还是有少量血供。我就在想 我应该还是要选择移植，就在省医院排了号 ，但是这个我没有了解过。想请大哥帮帮我 给一下建议 说说什么流程 应该注意什么 要不要自己做pet-ct 什么的
